You may know Paul as the founder and publisher of The Sturbridge Times Magazine or the creative and strategic force behind Strategen Advertising, the former medical device marketing agency.


A few years of Cape Cod retirement didn’t suit Paul ...  (not much of a golfer or surfer) ... so he’s back in the saddle near his old office in Central Massachusetts, helping grow local businesses through a blend of marketing and client education around customer experience and reputation management.


Paul accepts content writing and strategy assignments independently. At the same time, he and his associates help lift small-to-medium businesses by assisting them in communicating, delivering meaningful customer experiences, and building a proud reputation.
